Repair Procedures

Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the reservoir tank.

    1. Disconnect the deaeration hose (A).

    2. Disconnect the water hose of the coolant reservoir (B).

    3. Remove the expansion tank (C).

      Tightening torque: 7.8–11.7 N·m (0.8–1.2 kgf·m, 5.7–8.6 ft-lbf)

  2. Install in the reverse order of removal.
