Hazard warning lights

Hazard warning lights alert other drivers to proceed with extreme caution when approaching or passing your vehicle.

They should be used whenever you make an emergency repair or stop the vehicle on the side of the road.

Press the hazard warning switch to turn it on, regardless of the ignition key position. The switch is located on the center console panel. All turn signal lamps will flash simultaneously.

  • The hazard warning lights operate whether the engine is running or not.
  • The turn signals do not operate when the hazard warning lights are on.
  • Be sure to use the hazard warning lights when the vehicle is being towed.
