  • Park the vehicle at the edge of the road so that you can work with the tyre repair kit at a safe distance from traffic.
  • To make sure the vehicle cannot move, always apply the parking brake, even on level ground.
  • Use the tyre repair kit only to repair and inflate tyres on passenger vehicles.

Only punctures located in the tread area of the tyre can be repaired using the tyre repair kit.

  • Do not use on motorcycle, bicycle or any other type of tyres.
  • For safety reasons, do not use the tyre repair kit if the tyre and wheel are damaged.
  • Using the tyre repair kit may be ineffective if the tyre damage is larger than approximately 6 mm. We recommend contacting an authorised Kia dealer.
  • Do not use the tyre repair kit if the tyre is severely damaged, even if it is flat or deflated.
  • Do not remove any foreign objects, such as nails or screws, that have penetrated the tyre.
  • If the vehicle is outdoors, leave the engine running.

    • Otherwise, using the compressor may discharge the vehicle battery.

  • Never leave the tyre repair kit unattended while it is in use.
  • Do not run the compressor for more than 10 minutes at a time or it may overheat.
  • Do not use the tyre repair kit if the ambient temperature is below -30°C.
