1. Rear Seat Belt Pretensioner

Repair Procedures

Replacement

  1. Remove the rear pillar garnish. (Refer to Interior Trim - "Rear Pillar Trim")
  2. Remove the rear seat belt upper anchor (A) after loosening the mounting bolts.

    Torque: 39.2 – 54 N·m

  3. Remove the rear seat belt pretensioner (A) after loosening the mounting bolt. Tightening torque: Lower: 39.2–54 N·m Upper: 7.8–11.8 N·m
  4. Disconnect the rear seat belt pretensioner connector (A).
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
