1. Sunroof Assembly

Repair Procedures

Replacement

  1. Remove the headliner. (Refer to Headliner - "Headliner Assembly")
  2. Remove the sunroof glass. (Refer to Sunroof - "Sunroof Glass")
  3. Loosen the retaining screws, then remove the sunroof motor (A).
  4. Remove the drain hose (A) and hold the guide plate handle (B).
  5. Remove the sunroof assembly (A) after loosening the nuts and bolts. Tightening torque: Bolt: 7.8–11.8 N·m Nut: 3.9–5.9 N·m
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
