Repair Procedures

Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the front lower engine undercover and the right side cover.

    (See Engine and Transaxle Assembly - Under Hood)

  2. Remove the drive belt.

    (See Drive Belt System - Drive Belt)

  3. Remove the crankshaft damper pulley (A).

    Tightening torque: 65.7–72 N·m + 59–61°

  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Inspection

Inspect the crankshaft damper pulley for vibration when rotating, oil deposits, or dust. Check the V-groove area. Replace if necessary.
