Use the hazard warning lights whenever you stop on or near the road due to a breakdown or an incident.

The hazard warning lights warn other drivers that your vehicle may be a hazard to traffic.

Take special care when approaching it.


Press the hazard warning button and all turn signal lights will flash. At the same time, the hazard warning indicator lights in the instrument cluster will flash.

CAUTION

  • The turn signals do not operate when the hazard warning lights are on.

  • Check local regulations on using hazard warning lights when the vehicle is being towed to make sure you are not breaking the law.

Warning Triangle Retaining Strap (Hatchback)

Store the warning triangle next to the luggage compartment side trim and secure it with the strap.
