For vehicles equipped with automatic wipers, fully raise the wiper control stalk: the front wiper arms will return under the bonnet.
Check the condition of the wiper blades regularly.
Their service life depends on you:
- clean the blades, the windscreen and the rear window regularly with soapy water;
- do not use them when the windscreen or rear window is dry;
- lift them off the windscreen or rear window when they have not been used for a long time.
- In freezing weather, make sure the wiper blades are not frozen to the glass (risk of motor overheating).
- Check the condition of the blades. Replace them as soon as their efficiency decreases: approximately every year.
When replacing the blade, do not let the arm drop onto the glass once the blade is removed: risk of breaking the glass.
Rear wiper blade 5

- With the ignition off, lift the rear wiper arm 6;
- remove the blade 5 by pulling it.
