Sit back comfortably.

The shoulder belt 1 must run as close to the neck as possible, but must not touch it.

The lap belt 2 must lie flat across the pelvis, over the thighs.

The belt should fit as closely to the body as possible. For example, avoid wearing thick clothing and placing any objects under the belt, etc.
