Tools (Jack - Crank handle...)

The wheel-change tools are located in the luggage compartment under the floor covers.
When storing the tools, be sure to clip the jack in place, base B facing down.
The tools supplied in the tool holder depend on the vehicle.
No object must be placed on the floor (driver's footwell): in the event of sudden braking, such objects may slide under the pedals and prevent their use.
Jack 1
Fold it back and position tensioner A correctly before refitting it into its housing.
Lever 2
It is used to tighten or loosen tow eye 3.
Tow eye 3
Refer to the section "Towing: Breakdown Assistance" in chapter 5.
Wheel trim tool 4
Used to remove the wheel trims.
Wheel brace 5
Used to loosen and tighten the wheel bolts.
Anti-theft wheel nut
Storage compartments are provided in the holder to hold them.
Never leave tools loose in the vehicle: they may be thrown forward under braking. After use, be sure to return the tools to their holder, then position it correctly in its housing: risk of injury.
When wheel bolts are supplied, use these bolts only for the spare wheel: refer to the label on the spare wheel.
The jack is intended for wheel changes only. It must never be used to carry out a repair or to get under the vehicle.
