Tightening torques
intake duct retaining bolt 0.8 daN.m
intake duct nut 2.1 daN.m

REMOVAL

Conduit d'admission
  • Disconnect:
  • the battery,
  • the boost pressure sensor (1).
Conduit d'admission
  • Loosen the clamp (2).
  • Disconnect the air intake hose.
  • Move the air intake hose aside.
  • Disconnect the vacuum hose (3) from the brake booster.
Conduit d'admission
  • Remove:
  • the two intake duct retaining bolts (4),
  • the intake duct retaining nut (5),
  • the intake duct.

INSTALLATION

Conduit d'admission
  • Replace the gasket.
  • Refit the intake duct.
  • Tighten in the following order and to the following torques:
  • intake duct retaining bolts (0.8 daN.m),
  • intake duct nut (2.1 daN.m).
  • Refit in the reverse order of removal.
WARNING

Connect the battery; carry out the necessary re-learns (see Electrical Equipment chapter).
