REMOVAL

I - UNSEATING THE OUTER TYRE BEAD

Pneumatiques : Remplacement
  • Start with the side opposite the valve when unseating the tyre bead from the rim.
WARNING

Make sure the tyre bead never presses on the sensor.

II - UNSEATING THE INNER TYRE BEAD

WARNING
  • Unseating the inner bead presents no particular difficulty.
  • Make sure the tyre bead never presses on the sensor.

III - LEVERING THE OUTER TYRE BEAD OFF THE RIM

Pneumatiques : Remplacement
  • Position the tyre changer tool approximately 15 cm from the valve.
  • Lever the bead off the rim, finishing at the valve.
WARNING

Make sure the tyre bead never presses on the sensor.

IV - LEVERING THE INNER TYRE BEAD OFF THE RIM

  • The method is the same as for levering the outer bead off the rim (previous section).

INSTALLATION

  • Lubricate the tyre bead thoroughly with soapy water.
WARNING

Make sure the tyre bead never presses on the sensor.

  • Engage the lower bead approximately 15 cm past the valve.
  • Finish fitting the tyre at the valve.
  • Fit the outer bead using the same method as for the lower bead.
  • Inflate the tyre to the recommended pressure.
