Front Wheel Toe

When using a commercially available computerized wheel alignment tester, always position the vehicle on level ground with the front wheels facing straight ahead. Before inspection, make sure the front suspension and steering system are in normal operating condition and the tires are inflated to the specified pressure.

B - A < 0: Toe-out

Toe Adjustment
  1. Loosen the steering tie-rod end jam nut.
  2. Remove the bellows clamp to prevent the bellows from twisting.
  3. Adjust toe by screwing the tie rod in or out. Toe adjustment must be made by turning the left and right tie rods by the same amount.

    Total toe: 0.0°±0.2° Individual: 0.0°±0.1°

  4. After completing toe adjustment, install the bellows clamp and tighten the tie rod end lock nut to the specified torque.

    Tightening Torque: 49.0 ~ 54 N·m

Camber

Camber angle: -0.5° ± 0.5°

When the wheel is tilted at the top outward, camber is positive (+). When the wheel is tilted at the top inward, camber is negative (-). Camber and caster are preset at the factory, so they do not need to be adjusted. If camber and caster are not within specification, replace or repair damaged parts, then inspect again.
ITEM Description
A Positive camber
B True vertical
C Strut Centerline

Caster Caster is the inclination of the steering axis forward or rearward from vertical. Rearward inclination is positive (+), and forward inclination is negative (-). Caster is preset at the factory and does not need to be adjusted. If caster is not within specification, replace bent or damaged parts.

Caster: 4.68°±0.5°

Kingpin Angle

Steering axis inclination: 13.9°±0.5°

  • Before measuring front wheel alignment angles, replace any worn or damaged front suspension parts.
  • Caster is preset to the specified value at the factory and does not require adjustment.
  • If the roller does not meet specifications, replace bent or damaged parts.
  • The difference between the left and right wheels for caster must be within 0° ± 0.5°.

Rear Alignment

When using a commercially available computerized wheel alignment machine for rear wheel alignment, always park the vehicle on a level surface. Before inspection, make sure the rear suspension system is in normal operating condition and the tires are inflated to the specified pressure.

B - A < 0: Toe-out

Toe Adjustment
  1. Loosen the nut securing the cam bolt of the rear toe control arm (A).
  2. Adjust the rear wheel toe by turning the rear lower arm cam bolt (A) clockwise or counterclockwise. Adjust the toe by turning the left and right cam bolts by the same amount.

    Total toe: 0.17°±0.2° Individual: 0.085°±0.1°

  3. After completing the toe adjustment, tighten the nut to the specified torque.

    Tightening Torque: 107.9 ~ 118 N·m

  4. Loosen the nut securing the cam bolt of the rear lower arm (A).
  5. Adjust the rear camber by turning the rear lower arm mounting bolt (A) clockwise or counterclockwise. Adjust the rear camber by turning the right and left cam bolts by the same amount.

    Camber: -1.0° ±0.5°
