VEHICLE LIFTING METHODS

Platform Lift: Before driving onto the platform, make sure that the clearance between the underbody and the platform is sufficient and that you will not catch it.

Lift support pads must be placed only at the specially designated locations on the underbody of the vehicle.

Post-Type Lift: The lift arms are also to be positioned only at these locations.

To prevent dents, the use of intermediate rubber pads between the lift pads and the underbody is mandatory.

Lifting by the oil pan, the transmission housing, or the rear or front axle is not permitted.

The lifting points for the front and rear lift arms on the underbody are marked with special symbols (see photo).

When using a post-type lift, its lifting arms must not contact the mounting of the trailing suspension arm, otherwise the wheel suspension guide mechanism may be damaged.
