This car audio model is equipped with an RDS radio receiver. Most FM radio stations transmit not only an audio signal but also additional information, such as the station name and program type (PTY). The station name appears on the display as soon as the signal of that station is received.

Switching to radio reception mode If cassette or multi-CD player mode is selected:

The display will show “RADIO”.
