Normal mode

For the same reasons as the speedometer, the engine speed display is driven by a stepper motor. The needle moves to 0 rpm when the instrument cluster is activated.

The engine speed display has the following tolerances:

Compte-tours
Tachometer

Mode dégradé

Degraded mode

If a communication error occurs on the network or invalid engine speed information is received, the needle returns to its rest position 5 seconds after the fault appears. During this time, the last value received is displayed.
