! If RDS is displayed, it allows you to keep listening to the same station through frequency tracking. However, under certain conditions, tracking of this RDS station is not guaranteed across the whole country, as radio stations do not cover 100% of the territory.
This explains the loss of reception of a station during a journey. LISTENING TO TA MESSAGES ! The TA (Traffic Announcement) function gives priority to TA alert messages. For this function to be active, a radio station broadcasting this type of message must be received correctly. As soon as a traffic announcement is broadcast, the current source (Radio, CD, ...) is interrupted automatically to play the TA message. Normal playback of the source resumes at the end of the message.1.

CD MP3 INFORMATION AND ADVICE ! MP3 format, short for MPEG 1, 2 & 2.5 Audio Layer 3, is an audio compression standard that allows several dozen music files to be stored on a single disc.
To be able to play a burned CDR or CDRW,
select the ISO 9660 level 1, 2 or Joliet standards when burning, preferably Joliet.
If the disc is burned in another format, playback may not work correctly.
On the same disc, it is recommended to always use the same burning standard, at the lowest possible speed (4x maximum) for optimum sound quality.
For a multi-session CD, the Joliet standard is recommended.
The car radio only plays
files with the extension “.mp3” at a sampling rate of 22.05 kHz or 44.1 kHz. Any other file type (.wma, .mp4, .m3u...) cannot be played.
It is advised to name
files with fewer than 20 characters, excluding special characters (e.g. ? ; ù), to avoid any playback or display problems.
