The exhaust emission control system checks the emission control equipment for faults. Such faults may cause harmful substances to be emitted or mechanical damage.

This warning lamp on the instrument panel
indicates possible system faults: it comes on when the ignition is switched on and goes out after three seconds.

  • If the lamp stays on continuously, contact an Authorised Dacia Partner as soon as possible.
  • If the lamp flashes, reduce engine speed until it stops flashing. Contact an Authorised Dacia Partner as soon as possible.
