ParkSense Warning Display

The ParkSense warning display will only be shown if the "Sound and Display" option is selected in the Uconnect system.

The ParkSense warning display is located in the instrument cluster display. It provides visual warnings to indicate the distance between the rear fascia/bumper and a detected obstacle.

Turning ParkSense On and Off

Dodge Charger. ParkSense Warning Display, Enabling And Disabling ParkSenseParkSense can be turned on and off with the ParkSense switch.

When the ParkSense switch is pressed to turn the system off, the "ParkSense Off" message will appear in the instrument cluster display for approximately five seconds. When the gear selector is in the REVERSE position and the system is off, the instrument cluster display will show the "ParkSense Off" message for as long as the vehicle is in REVERSE.

The ParkSense switch indicator light will illuminate when ParkSense is turned off or requires service. When the system is on, the ParkSense switch indicator light is off. If the ParkSense switch is pressed and the system requires service, the ParkSense switch indicator light will flash briefly and then remain illuminated.
