Engine Compartment Fuses

The front power distribution center is located in the engine compartment. This module contains fuses and relays. The fuse cavity layout and description are printed on the inside of the power distribution center cover.

• When installing the power distribution center cover, make sure the cover is correctly positioned and fully latched. Failure to do so may allow water into the power distribution center and may cause electrical system failure.
• When replacing a blown fuse, it is important to use only a fuse with the correct amperage rating. Using a fuse with a rating other than specified may cause a dangerous overload of the electrical system. If a fuse of the correct rating continues to blow, this indicates a problem in the circuit that must be corrected.
