Pull the lever, fig. 28, in the direction shown by the arrow, then slide lever A, fig. 29, and lift the cover, supporting it with the prop rod.

WARNING Before lifting the engine compartment cover, check that the wiper arms are not raised away from the windscreen and that the wipers are not operating.
