Petrol/LPG fuel type selection

Button A fig. 36 allows the user to select either petrol or LPG operating mode. The actual switchover is indicated by the icon on the display in the
instrument cluster being lit or not (icon lit: operation in petrol mode / icon off: operation in LPG mode).

Switching to the selected fuel mode depends on vehicle operating conditions and may therefore not be immediate.

If the LPG runs out, the system automatically switches over to petrol and the icon appears on the display. Once the above conditions cease, the system automatically returns to LPG mode and the icongoes out.
