You can receive incoming calls even if the phone system is not active at the time. The HFT system will interrupt the audio system (if it is playing) and sound a ring signal. To answer the call, press the TALK button and begin speaking. If you do not want to answer the call, press the BACK button.

If your cellular phone has a call waiting function and you receive a call while speaking with another party, press and release the TALK button to answer the new call. The conversation with the current party will be put on hold. To resume it, press the TALK button again.

If you do not want to answer the new call, simply continue speaking with the current party. If you decide to end the conversation with the current party and answer the new call, press the BACK button.
