You can call any number, including by name, if it is stored in the HFT phonebook. You can give the redial command. The HFT system allows phone use for 30 minutes after the key is removed from the ignition switch.

To dial a phone number, perform the following:

1. With the key in the ignition switch in ACCESSORY (I) or ON (II) position, press and release the TALK button. After the tone, say: "Call" or "Dial". The HFT system will ask: "What name or number would you like to call/dial?" 2. Press and release the TALK button. After the tone, say the required phone number.

For example, say "123 456 7891". The system will repeat the number: "123 456 7891". Then the system will ask: "Say call, dial or continue to add numbers". 3. Press and release the TALK button. After the tone, say: "Call" or "Dial". The system will respond: "Calling" or "Dialing". After the call connects, you will hear the other party's voice through the audio system speakers. You can adjust the volume of the other party's voice using the audio system volume control.

4. To end the call, press the Back button.

To call a contact whose name is stored in the HFT phonebook, perform the following:

1. With the key in the ignition switch in ACCESSORY (I) or ON (II) position, press and release the TALK button. After the tone, say: "Call" or "Dial". The HFT system will ask: "What name or number would you like to call/dial?" 2. Press and release the TALK button. After the tone, say the contact name. For example, say "Eric". The system will ask for confirmation:

"Would you like to call Eric?" 3. Press and release the TALK button. After the tone, say "Yes". The system will respond:

"Calling" or "Dialing". After the call connects, you will hear the other party's voice through the audio system speakers. You can adjust the volume of the other party's voice using the audio system volume control.

4. To end the call, press the Back button.

To redial the last number dialed by the system, press and release the TALK button. After the tone, say "Redial".

The system will announce: "Redialing". After the call connects, you will hear the other party's voice through the audio system speakers. You can adjust the volume of the other party's voice using the audio system volume control.
