Refuelling

1. Stop the vehicle at the fuel dispenser so that the fuel pump is on the left side of your vehicle.
2. Open the fuel fill door by pulling the handle located on the driver's side below the instrument panel.
Gasoline is flammable and explosive.
Careless handling of gasoline may cause burns or other serious injury.
• When refueling, turn off the engine and keep hot or sparking objects and open flames away from the open filler neck.
• Perform all work with gasoline only outdoors, in a well-ventilated area.
• If gasoline splashes onto exposed skin or the vehicle's surface, wipe it off immediately.

3. Slowly turn the cap and remove it from the fuel filler neck. You may hear a hissing sound of fuel vapor escaping from the tank as you loosen the cap.

Place the cap in the holder located on the fuel fill door. To prevent loss, the cap is attached to the fuel fill door with a tether.
4. Stop refueling after the fuel nozzle automatically shuts off.
Do not try to fill the tank above the filler neck. Leave some space in the tank to allow for fuel expansion as it heats up.
5. Tighten the cap until it clicks at least once.
6. Close the fuel fill door until it locks.
