Steering Wheel Self-Centering Inspection
Check that the steering wheel returns to the center position by itself and confirm the following conditions:
1. The force required to turn the steering wheel and to return it to the center position must be the same in both directions of rotation, during both smooth and sudden turns.

2. While driving at 35 km/h, turn the steering wheel 90° and hold it in this position for a few seconds. After release, the steering wheel must return by itself to within ±20° of the center position.
During a sharp turn, a momentary feeling of steering heaviness may occur; however, this is not considered a malfunction. (This feeling occurs due to low power steering pump output at low engine speed.)
