The climate control air filter installed behind the glove box filters dust and other contaminants entering the vehicle from outside through the heating and air conditioning system. If dust or other contaminants accumulate in the filter over a period of time, airflow from the vents may decrease, leading to moisture buildup on the inside of the windshield even when the fresh air position is selected. If this occurs, have the climate control air filter replaced by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

✽ NOTICE

  • Replace the filter according to the Maintenance Schedule. If the vehicle is driven in severe conditions such as dusty or rough roads, the air conditioner filter should be checked and replaced more often.
  • If the airflow suddenly decreases, the system should be inspected at an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
