Hyundai Ioniq. LKA System Operation

To turn the LKA system on/off:

When the Engine Start/Stop button is in the ON position, press the LKA system button located on the instrument panel to the left of the steering wheel. The indicator on the instrument cluster display will first illuminate white. This indicates the LKA system is in READY mode but NOT ENGAGED.

Information

If the (white) indicator was activated after the previous ignition cycle, the system will turn on without any additional operation. If you press the LKA system button again, the indicator on the instrument cluster will turn off.

The indicator color will change depending on the state of the LKA system.

- White: The sensor does not detect lane markings or the vehicle speed is below 40 mph (64 km/h).

- Green: The sensor detects lane markings and the system can assist with steering.
