Front Wheel Toe

Toe

B - A > 0: Toe-in
B - A < 0: Toe-out

Toe Adjustment

1. 1
   Loosen the steering tie-rod end jam nut.

   Remove the bellows clamp to prevent the bellows from twisting.

   Adjust the toe by screwing the tie rod in or out. Toe adjustment must be performed by turning the right and left tie rods by the same amount.

   Toe (Total): 0.12° ± 0.3° Toe (Individual): 0.06°

   After completing the toe adjustment, install the boot clamp and tighten the tie rod end lock nut to the specified torque.

   Tightening Torque: 49.0–54 N·m

Camber

Camber: -0.5° ± 0.6°

When the top of the wheel tilts outward, camber is positive (+). When the top of the wheel tilts inward, camber is negative (-). Camber and caster are preset at the factory and do not require adjustment. If the camber and caster are not within the standard values, replace or repair the damaged parts, then inspect again.

Caster Caster is the forward or rearward inclination of the steering axis from vertical. Rearward inclination is positive (+), and forward inclination is negative (-). Caster is preset at the factory and does not require adjustment. If the caster is not within the standard value, replace bent or damaged parts.

Caster: 4.5° ± 0.6°

Kingpin Angle

Steering Axis Inclination (SAI): 13.9° ± 0.5°

Rear Wheel Toe

Toe

B - A > 0: Toe-in (+) B - A < 0: Toe-out (-)

Toe is preset at the factory and does not require adjustment. If the toe is not within the standard value, replace or repair the damaged parts, then inspect again.

Toe (Total): 0.3° ± 0.4° Toe (Individual): 0.15°

Camber Camber is preset at the factory and does not require adjustment. If the camber is not within the standard value, replace or repair the damaged parts, then inspect again.

Camber angle: -1.2° ± 0.6°
