Automatic Door Lock and Unlock Features

Your vehicle is equipped with features that will automatically lock or unlock the vehicle based on the settings you select on the instrument cluster LCD display.

Auto LOCK - Speed Enable

When this feature is set on the instrument cluster LCD display, all doors will lock automatically when the vehicle speed exceeds 15 km/h.

Auto LOCK - Shift Enable

When this feature is set on the instrument cluster LCD display, all doors will lock automatically when the vehicle is shifted out of P (Park) while the engine is running.

Auto UNLOCK - Shift to P

When this feature is set on the instrument cluster LCD display, all doors will unlock automatically when the vehicle is shifted back into P (Park).

Auto UNLOCK - Key Removal (with remote key)

When this feature is set on the instrument cluster LCD display, all doors will unlock automatically when the ignition key is removed from the ignition switch.

Auto UNLOCK - Vehicle Off (with smart key)

When this feature is set on the instrument cluster LCD display, all doors will unlock automatically when the vehicle is turned off.

Additional Safety Unlock Feature - Airbag Deployment

As an additional safety measure, all doors will automatically unlock when an impact causes the airbags to deploy.
