WARNING

If the red DBC WARNING indicator illuminates, this may indicate that the system has overheated or is malfunctioning. If the indicator illuminates when the DBC system has cooled down, it is recommended that you have the vehicle serviced by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer as soon as possible.

NOTICE

  • DBC may not disengage on steep hills, even if the brake or accelerator pedal is pressed.
  • Do not activate DBC in 3rd gear or higher (manual transmission). The engine may stall if you activate the DBC system.
  • DBC does not operate under the following conditions:
    - The shift lever is in P (Park).
    - The ESC system is activated.
