Engine Oil Level Check
1. Make sure the vehicle is on a level surface.
2. Start the engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature.
3. Stop the engine and wait a few minutes (about 5 minutes) for the oil to drain back into the oil pan.
4. Remove the dipstick, wipe it clean and reinsert it fully.
5. Remove the dipstick again and check the level. The level must be between the F (Full) and L (Low) marks.
WARNING
- Radiator hose
Use extreme caution to avoid touching the radiator hose while adding oil or checking the engine oil level, as it may be hot enough to cause burns.
Overfilling may cause engine damage.
• When adding or changing engine oil, take care not to spill it. If engine oil gets into the engine compartment, wipe it off immediately.

If the level is near the "L" (Low) mark, add oil until the level reaches the "F" (Full) mark. Do not overfill.
Use a funnel to prevent oil from spilling onto engine components.
Use only the recommended engine oil grades. (Refer to
"Recommended Lubricants and Fluid Capacities" in Section 8).
