Lamps
WARNING
- Lamp Service
Before working on lamps, apply the parking brake, make sure the ignition key is in the LOCK position, and turn off the lamps to avoid unintended vehicle movement, hand burns, or electric shock.
Use lamps of the specified wattage.
Removing/installing the headlamp assembly may cause damage to the vehicle.
NOTE
After heavy rain or vehicle washing, the headlamp and taillamp lenses may appear fogged. This is caused by the temperature difference between the air inside and outside the lamps. This phenomenon is similar to windows fogging up from the inside during rain and is not a sign of a malfunction. If water enters the lamp electrical circuit through leaks, the vehicle must be inspected by an authorized Hyundai dealer.
