1. Press and release the (1), (2) or (3) button.

  • If the indicator (4) is illuminated orange, go to step 3, as this is new programming.
  • If the indicator (4) is steadily on or flashes green rapidly several times, go to step 2, as this button is already programmed.

2. Press and hold the button you want to program for approximately 15-25 seconds, until the indicator begins to flash orange several times.

3. Hold the original garage door opener transmitter (OT) near the HomeLink mirror.

4. Press and hold the original transmitter (OT) until the indicator (4) stays on steadily or flashes green for approximately 10 seconds. This indicates that programming is complete.

✽ NOTICE

  • Some garage door openers require pressing the programmed button on the mirror up to three times immediately after programming to finish operating the garage door.
  • The indicator (4) illuminates orange and flashes for approximately 60 seconds during programming mode. If programming is not completed within 60 seconds, the programming mode will be cancelled.
