Rear Camera or Parking Distance Warning Sensor Malfunction or Blockage

This warning message may appear when:

  • The rear view camera or ultrasonic sensor(s) are blocked by dirt, snow, or a foreign object.
  • Inclement weather, such as heavy snow, rain, etc., may occur. When any of these conditions exist, the system may turn off automatically or may not operate properly.

When the warning message appears in the cluster, make sure the rear view camera and rear ultrasonic sensors are clean.
