WARNING

  • Even in vehicles with airbags, you and your passengers must always wear the seat belts provided to minimize the risk and severity of injury in a collision or, in most cases, a rollover.
  • The SRS and pretensioners contain explosive chemicals. Scratching the vehicle without removing the SRS and pretensioners from the vehicle may cause a fire. Before cleaning the vehicle, we recommend contacting an authorized Kia dealer.
  • Keep SRS components and wiring away from water or any other liquid. If SRS components fail due to exposure to water or liquids, it may result in fire or serious injury.
