These two warning lights illuminate simultaneously while driving:

  • When the ABS and the normal brake system may not operate properly. In this case, we recommend that you have the vehicle checked at an authorized Kia dealer.

WARNING - Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD) Warning Light

When the ABS, parking brake and brake fluid warning lights are all illuminated, the system will not operate normally, and you may experience an unexpected and dangerous situation during hard braking.

In this case, avoid high-speed driving and sudden braking. We recommend that you have the vehicle checked at an authorized Kia dealer as soon as possible.

✽ CAUTION - Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD) Warning Light

When the ABS warning light, or the ABS and parking brake and brake fluid warning lights, are illuminated, the speedometer, odometer or trip odometer may not operate. Also, the EPS warning light may illuminate, and the steering wheel effort may increase or decrease.

In this case, we recommend that you have the vehicle checked at an authorized Kia dealer service center as soon as possible.
