This warning light flashes 10 times, then illuminates, and a warning chime sounds 3 times:

• When the outside air temperature sensor reads below approximately 4°C (39.2°F) with the ignition key or Engine Start/Stop button in the ON position.

✽ NOTICE

If the black ice warning light illuminates while driving, continue to drive carefully and safely, avoiding excessive speed, rapid acceleration, sudden braking or sharp turns, etc.
