Repair Procedures

Replacement

1. 1

   Remove the front door glass.

   (Refer to Front Door - Front Door Window Glass)

   Disconnect the outside rear view mirror connector (A).

   Disconnect the front door main connector (A).

   

4. 4

   Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the front door module (A).

   Tightening torque: 7.8–11.8 N·m

   Disconnect the front door lock connector (A).

   Disconnect the front door main wire (A).

   

7. 7

   Remove the front door module (B) from the inside handle cable (A) by pulling it in the direction of the arrow.

   Disconnect the connectors and wire harness of the front door module (A).

   

9. 9

   Remove the front speaker.

   (Refer to Body Electrical System - Speakers)

10. 10

    Remove the front power window motor.

    (Refer to Body Electrical System - Power Window Motor)

11. 11

    Remove the side impact sensor.

    (Refer to Occupant Protection System - Side Impact Sensor (SIS)).

12. 12

    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
