1. Idler Pulley

Repair Procedures

Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the drive belt.

    (See Drive Belt System - Drive Belt)

  2. Remove the tensioner (A).

    Tightening torque: 42.2–54 N·m

  3. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Inspection

Check the idler pulley for grease leakage, abnormal rotation and vibration. Replace if necessary.
