Power Window Lock Switch
In this manual: Vehicle Specifications
~1min read

The driver can disable the power windows on the rear passenger doors by pressing the window lock switch to the locked position (pressed in).
When the window lock switch is pressed:
- The driver's master switch can operate all power windows.
- The front passenger switch can operate the front passenger power window.
- The rear passenger cannot operate the rear passenger power windows.
CAUTION - Opening/Closing Windows
To prevent possible damage to the power window system, do not open or close two or more windows at the same time. This will also extend fuse life.
WARNING - Power Windows
- Do not allow children to play with the power windows. Keep the power window lock button (on the driver's door) in the LOCK (pressed) position.
- Do not stick your head or hands out of the window while the vehicle is moving. Doing so may result in serious injury.
Always double-check that all hands, fingers, head, and other obstacles are safely clear before closing a window.
