Repair Procedures

Replacement

1. 1

   Remove the rear door window glass.

   (Refer to Rear Door - Rear Door Window)

   Loosen the retaining bolts, then remove the rear door channel (A).

   Tightening Torque

   Bolt: 7.8–11.8 N·m

   Nut: 7.8–11.8 N·m

   Disconnect the rear door main wiring connector (A).

   

4. 4

   Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the rear door module (A).

   Tightening torque: 7.8–11.8 N·m

   Disconnect the rear door lock connector (A).

   

6. 6

   Disconnect the rear door main wire (A).

   

7. 7

   Remove the rear door module (B) from the inside handle cable (A) by pulling it in the direction of the arrow.

   

8. 8

   Disconnect the connectors and wiring harness of the rear door module (A).

   

9. 9

   Remove the rear speaker.

10. 10

    Remove the rear power window motor.

    (Refer to Body Electrical System - Power Window Motor)

11. 11

    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
