Repair Procedures

Replacement

  1. Remove the crankshaft damper pulley.

    (See Drive Belt System - "Crankshaft Damper Pulley")

  2. Remove the front oil seal (A).

  3. Install a new front oil seal.

    1. Apply engine oil to the lip of the new front oil seal.

    2. Using SST (0K231-2C200), install a new front oil seal.

  4. Install the crankshaft damper pulley.
