Cargo Cover (3-Door and 5-Door)

Use the cover to hide items stored in the cargo area.

The cargo cover will rise when the tailgate is opened. Disconnect the strap (1) from the holder if you want to return the cover to its original position. To remove the cover completely, close the cargo area, lift the cover at an angle of 43 degrees and pull it out completely (2). To install the cover, reverse the removal procedure.

CAUTION

• When returning the cargo cover to its original position, hold the cover and lower it.
• Do not drive the vehicle with the cover removed. This may damage the cover.
• The cargo cover may rise when the tailgate is opened. Make sure that luggage on the cover is moved to a safe place.
• Since the cargo cover may be damaged or deformed, do not apply excessive force to the cover or place heavy loads on it.

WARNING

• Do not place items on the cargo cover while driving. Such items may be thrown inside the vehicle and may injure occupants during an accident or sudden braking.
• Never allow anyone to ride in the luggage compartment. It is designed for cargo only.
• Keep the vehicle balanced and place weight as far forward as possible.
