Repair Procedures

Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the emergency pad lower panel. (Refer to Body - "Emergency Pad Lower Panel")
  3. Remove the upper and lower steering column covers. (Refer to Body - "Steering Column Shroud Panel")
  4. Disconnect the 6-pin connector (A) of the frame antenna, then remove the antenna coil (B) by loosening the screw.

Installation

  1. Install the loop antenna and connect the 6P connector.
  2. Install the upper and lower steering column covers.
  3. Install the emergency pad lower panel.
  4. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
