To reduce the likelihood of fogging on the inside of the windshield, the air intake or air conditioner is automatically controlled under certain conditions, for example, or position. To cancelorreturn to the defogging prevention logic, do the following.

Automatic Climate Control System

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

2. Select the defrost position by pressing the defrost button ( ).

3. While holding the A/C button (A/C), press the air intake control button at least 5 times within 3 seconds.

The air intake control button indicator flashes 3 times. This indicates that the defogging prevention logic is canceled or returned to the programmed status.

If the battery is discharged or disconnected, the defogging logic status is reset.
