1. Front Seat Belt Pretensioner

Repair Procedures

Replacement

  1. Remove the upper center pillar trim.

    (See Body Trim — "Center Pillar Trim")

  2. Remove the front seat belt upper anchor (A) after loosening the bolt.

    Torque: 39.2 – 54 N·m

  3. Disconnect the front seat belt pretensioner connector (A).

    Tightening torque: 7.8–11.8 N·m

  4. Remove the front seat belt pretensioner (A) after loosening the bolts.

  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
