With Central Door Lock Switch

Activate by pressing the central door lock switch.
- When the right side (1) of the driver side switch is pressed, all vehicle doors will lock.
- When the left side (2) of the driver side switch is pressed, all vehicle doors will unlock.
- If the key is in the ignition switch (or if the Smart Key is inside the vehicle) and any door is open, the doors will not lock even if the right side (1) of the driver side central door lock switch is pressed.
WARNING
Doors
- While the vehicle is in motion, the doors must always be fully closed and locked to prevent accidental door opening. Locked doors also deter potential intruders when the vehicle stops or slows down.
- Be careful when opening doors and watch for vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, or pedestrians approaching the vehicle in the path of the door. Opening the door when something is approaching may cause damage or injury.
WARNING
Unlocked Vehicles
Leaving the vehicle unlocked may invite theft or harm to you or others from someone hiding in your vehicle while you are away. Always remove the ignition key, set the parking brake, close all windows, and lock all doors when leaving the vehicle unattended.
WARNING
Unattended Children
A closed vehicle can become extremely hot, which may result in death or serious injury to children or animals left unattended who cannot leave the vehicle. In addition, children may operate vehicle features that could injure them, or they may cause other damage, possibly by someone entering the vehicle. Never leave children or animals unattended in your vehicle.
