Doors
In this manual: Pre-Start Checks and Adjustments
~1min read
When the doors are locked using one of the following methods, they cannot be opened using the inside or outside door handles. The doors must be unlocked before they can be opened.
WARNING
- Always drive with the doors locked. Used together with seat belts, door locking provides greater safety in the event of an accident because it prevents passengers from being thrown out of the vehicle. This precaution also prevents the doors from being opened accidentally by children or other people, and prevents intrusion into the vehicle.
- Before opening a door, make sure you can avoid oncoming vehicles.
- Do not leave children unattended in the vehicle. They could operate switches or controls by accident. Children left unattended in a vehicle could be involved in serious accidents.
