RENAULT card: anti-intrusion security

Where the vehicle is so equipped, this function locks the doors and prevents them from being opened using the interior door handles (in case the window is broken in order to open the doors from inside).

Never use the door anti-intrusion security function if a person remains inside the vehicle.

Vehicle with RENAULT card

Press button 2 twice in succession.

Vehicle with hands-free RENAULT card

When the vehicle is unlocked, the user can press button 3 on the driver's or passenger door twice in succession.

In each case, the indicators flash slowly twice and quickly three times to confirm locking.

Special feature: the anti-intrusion locking function cannot be used when the hazard warning lights or position lights are on.

After activating anti-intrusion security with button 2, the remote locking and unlocking hands-free function is disabled.

To return to the "hands-free" function, restart the vehicle.
